Atif Azher and Sara Razi Participate in 31st Annual Stanford Directors' College 2026

Atif Azher, Managing Partner of Simpson Thacher’s Bay Area offices, and Sara Razi, Co-Chair of the Firm’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation Practice, participated in the 31st Annual Stanford Directors' College 2026 on June 24 in Stanford. Sara spoke on the panel, “DC and the Regulators: What’s Next for Antitrust, SEC, and DOJ,” which provided insight into evolving regulatory priorities, enforcement trends and how boards can effectively oversee management’s approach to navigating regulatory risk and opportunity. Atif facilitated the “CEO Succession Simulation,” a role-playing exercise using realistic case materials that reflect the realities of board decision making.
