Simpson Thacher Represents Lenders in Iochpe-Maxion’s Term Loan
The Firm represented Citibank N.A. as sole lead arranger and bookrunner and other lenders in connection with a US$320 million term loan made available to Iochpe Maxion Austria GmbH and Maxion Wheels de Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V., as borrowers, and guaranteed by their parent company, Iochpe-Maxion S.A.
Iochpe-Maxion group is one of the world leaders in the production of automotive steel wheels and aluminum wheels for light vehicles.
