Neesa Patel Sood Co-Chairs and Adam Aderton Speaks at PLI's Investment Management 2026: Current Issues & Trends

Neesa Patel Sood, a partner in Simpson Thacher's Registered Funds practice, co-chaired the Practising Law Institute (PLI) program, "Investment Management 2026: Current Issues & Trends," on July 28-29 in New York. She also moderated panels during the program titled "SEC Division of Investment Management's Strategic Agenda," "Key Developments in Retail Products Structures" and "Retail Distribution Within Private Markets."

Adam Aderton, a partner in the Firm's Asset Management Regulatory and Enforcement practice, moderated a panel during the program titled "Enforcement and Litigation Trends in Investment Management."

The program explored the SEC's strategic agenda, developments in retail investment products and distribution channels, enforcement priorities and other key trends affecting the investment management industry.
