Matt Kelly, Head of the Firm’s AI Practice, and Lori Lesser, Head of the Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice, attended “The Uncommon Commons,” an invitation-only AI-focused summit of lawyers, investors, professors and other thought leaders hosted by the Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society at Harvard University on August 4-6. Lori moderated a session, to which Matt contributed, entitled, “If you love a creative work and discover it is AI-generated, will you still love it as much?”
