Simpson Thacher represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as administrative agent, in connection with a new $660 million senior secured revolving credit facility for certain subsidiaries of Target Hospitality Corp. (“Target Hospitality”). Proceeds were used to refinance Target Hospitality’s previous credit facility and for other general corporate purposes.
