Aron Zuckerman, a partner in Simpson Thacher's Real Estate Finance practice, participated in the Practising Law Institute (PLI) program, "Commercial Real Estate Financing 2026: Distress and Defaults," on September 2-3 in New York.
He moderated a panel during the program titled "Intercreditor Issues: Mortgage/Mezzanine-A/B."
The program explored developments in commercial real estate lending, distressed assets and loan defaults, regulatory uncertainty, and legal strategies for workouts, loan modifications, and other financing solutions.
