David Azarkh, a Capital Markets Partner and Co‑Head of the Firm’s Global Investment Banking Practice, will participate in The L Suite’s 2026 Tech GC IPO Summit, which will be held on September 22-23. The Conference’s theme, “Timing the Market, Preparing the Company,” will focus on navigating an increasingly complex path to liquidity as companies weigh IPOs, direct listings, secondaries, and strategic alternatives in a market shaped by evolving SEC regulations, heightened investor scrutiny, and changing capital markets conditions. Heidi Mayon, Capital Markets Partner, will also participate in the conference.
David will lead a roundtable titled “Working with Underwriters’ Counsel and the Diligence Process,” which will explore how General Counsels can effectively navigate the IPO diligence process and collaborate with underwriters’ counsel throughout a public offering. The session will focus on managing diligence requests, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, identifying and mitigating legal risks, and establishing efficient workflows to support a successful transaction. David will draw on his extensive IPO experience in the technology sector, advising underwriters across several recent and pending offerings including OURA and Accelevation, among others.
