Ken Burdon to Moderate Fireside Chat at the Boston Bar Association
Registered Funds Partner Ken Burdon will moderate the Boston Bar Association (BBA) event, “Regulation, Reform, and What’s Next: A Fireside Chat with Brian Daly, the Director of the SEC’s Division of Investment Management,” on October 19 at 1:00 p.m. in Boston. The session will offer a candid look at the issues shaping the future of financial regulation, including deregulation and modernization efforts, the retailization of alternative asset investments and the growing role of AI in fund management.
As co-chair of the BBA Financial Services Committee, Ken will moderate the discussion along with Julie Lyman of Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Through his leadership and commitment to developing timely, relevant programming, Ken has helped strengthen the BBA’s role as a forum for education, collaboration, and engagement within the financial services community.
