Sara Razi and Lindsey Bohl Quoted in BRG's 2026 Global Antitrust & Competition Report on the Antitrust Enforcement Landscape
Sara Razi, Co-Chair of the Firm’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation Practice, and Partner Lindsey Bohl were quoted in Berkeley Research Group (BRG)'s 2026 Global Antitrust & Competition Report titled, “Broader Enforcement, Greater Deal Certainty and What Lies Ahead,” examining evolving enforcement priorities, increasing regulatory divergence and the outlook for deal certainty. Sara highlighted continued regulatory focus on healthcare, including medical devices and pharmaceuticals, noting that it is “always one of the top industries to watch.” In discussing the growing patchwork of state-level transaction notification requirements in the U.S., Lindsey explained they are “increasing compliance costs, timelines and complexity for transactions.”
