Kim Le, Head of the Firm’s West Cost Privacy and Cybersecurity Team, and Vanessa Burrows, Healthcare and Life Sciences Partner in the Firm’s Corporate practice, spoke at the Extraordinary Women on Boards (EWOB) presentation, held on October 20. Kim and Vanessa spoke on the panel "What Board Members Need to Know About Data Privacy NOW," which examined what good oversight looks like in practice, the U.S. privacy landscape, emerging risks and industries under scrutiny. This presentation provided a comprehensive overview of regulation, enforcement, litigation and governance priorities for 2026-2027.
