Simpson Thacher advised Lexington Partners as lead investor in the successful closing of a $850 million a single-asset continuation vehicle sponsored by AE Industrial Partners, LP to invest in Blue Raven, a leading technology-enabled distribution platform serving the global defense marketplace.
