The Firm represented The Toronto-Dominion Bank (“TD”) in connection with its offering of US$1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of Series CBL84 5.197% Covered Bonds due October 19, 2029 under its Global Legislative Covered Bond Programme. The net proceeds from the offering will be added to the general funds of TD.
