SEC Proposes Rules of Professional Conduct For Attorneys Appearing and Practicing Before The SEC
This is a memorandum regarding SEC requirements to prescribe minimum standards of professional conduct, including a so-called "up the ladder" reporting obligation, for attorneys appearing and practicing before the SEC.
