Microsoft v. AT&T: Limiting the Extraterritorial Reach of U.S. Patent Law
This memo addresses the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Microsoft Corp. v. AT&T Corp. There the Court continued the recent trend of reining in the patent law system.
