Lynn Neuner Co-Authors Article for Insurance Coverage Law Bulletin
Simpson Thacher partner Lynn Neuner and summer associate W. Nicholson Price II co-authored an article entitled “The Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill: Potential Insurance Coverage Implications” published in the September 2010 Insurance Coverage Law Bulletin. The article discusses the exposure to the insurance industry and addresses the coverage lawsuit already filed against BP and other coverage disputes we may see in the future.
