Simpson Thacher’s corporate partner Marissa C. Wesely was featured in PLC’s “What’s Market?” section of the July/August 2011 issue of Practical Law – The Journal. In the section entitled, “An Expert’s View: Mid-year Trends in Loan Terms,” Ms. Wesely examines recent covenant-lite deal terms and the use of disqualified lender lists as part of PLC’s overall review of trends in loan terms that have emerged so far this year.
