Jason Bussey and Carolyn Hill Co-Write Article on SDNY Denial of a Motion to Dismiss in an Antitrust Lawsuit Against Uber Founder

Litigation Partner Jason Bussey and Litigation Associate Carolyn Hill co-wrote an article published on the California State Bar’s website entitled “Southern District of New York Denies Motion to Dismiss in Case Against Uber Founder.” The article discusses a recent decision by the Southern District of New York denying a motion to dismiss in an antitrust lawsuit brought against Travis Kalanick, founder of Uber Technologies, Inc. The lawsuit presented interesting questions regarding the applicability of recent Supreme Court and Second Circuit precedent on horizontal conspiracies.
