Adam Gallagher, Head of the Firm’s London-based Restructuring team, authored an article titled, “The U.K. Restructuring Plan: Striking a Balance in Cross-Border Restructurings,” which was published by ABI Journal. The article discussed how overseas debtors have come to use the U.K. restructuring plan in the four years since its introduction. The piece further outlined its flexibility as a restructuring solution, in addition to discussing some of the potential vulnerabilities and areas of consideration with its use going forward.
