Caroline serves as Simpson Thacher’s Associate General Counsel - Employment Law, advising the Firm’s lawyers and professional staff on all aspects of employment law compliance.
Caroline received her B.A., cum laude, from Middlebury College and her J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center. She is admitted to practice in the state of New York.
