Anand Gadgil serves as the Head of Global Real Estate & Workplace Strategy at Simpson Thacher. Before joining the Firm in 2025, Anand was Vice President of Facilities Operations & Global Design and Construction at American Express. During his tenure at Amex, Anand collaborated with senior leadership to align corporate strategy with real estate initiatives, supporting both office portfolio expansions and contractions while enhancing the workplace experience for colleagues worldwide. Prior to his role at Amex, Anand held positions in Global Real Estate and Operations at Chevron and ExxonMobil as well as leadership roles with Deloitte and PwC.
Anand earned an M.B.A. from the University of Houston and a B.S. from Kettering University.
