Anne Steels is the Director of Strategy, Planning and Operations for the Knowledge & Innovation function at Simpson Thacher. Prior to joining the Firm, Anne spent eight years at J.P. Morgan Chase in leadership roles in the Commercial & Investment Bank and in Workforce Data & Analytics. She also previously worked at Nomura as the Chief Administration Office for Human Resources and at McKinsey as the Global Practice Manager for Corporate & Investment Banking.
Anne received her M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and her B.S. in Finance from SUNY Albany.
