Susan Osnato is the Chief of Staff to the Chair of the Executive Committee at Simpson Thacher. She partners closely with the Chair and the Executive Committee on strategic planning and Firmwide initiatives, driving execution of the Firm’s highest priorities. Susan focuses on assessing, advancing and streamlining processes that support the strategic goals of the Firm. Susan has been with Simpson Thacher for more than 25 years and previously served as the Firm’s Chief Legal Talent Officer.
Susan received her M.A. from Columbia University and her B.A. from Washington and Lee University.
