Bryan Jin is a Litigation Partner based in the Firm’s Palo Alto office, where he advises corporations, funds, and financial institutions on a wide range of high-stakes litigation matters. Bryan has extensive experience defending issuers in securities class action litigation, government and internal investigation, merger litigation, IP litigation and complex commercial litigation. He also frequently advises clients on corporate compliance matters. A member of the Firm’s Asia Litigation Practice and a native Chinese speaker, Bryan frequently travels to Asia and regularly defends Chinese companies before U.S. courts and regulators.

Bryan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering and Computer Science from Peking University and J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center.
