John Kreager is a Partner in the Firm’s Private Funds Practice. His practice focuses on the organization, structuring and operation of private funds across a broad range of asset classes, including buyout funds, real estate funds and distressed and other debt funds. John also has extensive experience counseling sponsors on continuation funds and other structured secondary and strategic transactions. John’s regular clients include KSL Capital Partners, Platinum Equity and Revelstoke Capital Partners, among others. In addition to his practice, John teaches at the USC Gould School of Law as an adjunct professor.
