Mia focuses on the formation and operation of private investment funds across a broad range of investment strategies, and other aspects of private investing in alternative asset classes, including separate account arrangements and co-investments. Mia has represented a number of the largest and most well-known fund sponsors, including Actis, Blackstone, Charterhouse, Cinven, Coller Capital, CVC Capital Partners, Hedosophia and Mid Europa.
