Nicholas Brown focuses his practice on the structuring, organization and operation of private investment funds. Nick regularly advises some of the largest and most well-known private fund sponsors across a broad range of asset classes, including buyout, infrastructure, real estate and debt funds, among others. He also has deep experience advising on co-investment funds, investment management accounts, separately managed accounts and other similar arrangements.

Nick regularly advises some of the largest and most well-known private fund sponsors across a broad range of asset classes, including buyout, infrastructure, real estate and debt funds, among others. He also has deep experience advising on co-investment funds, investment management accounts, separately managed accounts and other similar arrangements.
