Ross’s experience prior to joining Simpson Thacher includes:

  • VEON in its joint venture with CK Hutchison that led to the creation of WindTre and the subsequent sale of its interest in WindTre to CK Hutchison
  • Refinitiv and Blackstone in respect of the London Stock Exchange Group’s acquisition of Refinitiv following a Phase II review by the EU Commission
  • Anglo American in the formation of its joint venture with Lafarge S.A. involving an in-depth investigation in the U.K.
  • Peloton in its acquisition of Precor

Prior to joining Simpson Thacher, Ross was a senior associate at another international law firm. Ross earned his B.A. in law with law studies in Europe from Oxford University in 2007 and is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
