Andrew O’Brien is Counsel in the Firm’s Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Practice. Based in the Firm’s New York office, he has extensive experience in the areas of executive compensation, employee benefits and ERISA. Andrew focuses his practice on advising the Firm’s numerous private equity, hedge fund and leveraged buyout fund clients in connection with compensation and employment matters.

Andrew focuses his practice on advising the Firm’s numerous private equity, hedge fund and leveraged buyout fund clients in connection with compensation and employment matters. Andrew received his J.D. from New York Law School in 2001 where he was Editor of the New York Law School Law Review. He received his B.A. from Georgetown University in 1990. Andrew is admitted to practice in New York.
