David Wagner is Counsel in the Firm’s Investment Funds Practice. David’s practice focuses on the establishment and ongoing management of a variety of private investment funds. His experience includes representing domestic and international funds in all aspects of the fund formation process, including advising fund sponsors and managers with respect to organizational, operational and compensation matters, and preparing, structuring and negotiating fund formation and investment documents. David also represents a broad range of clients investing through a variety of complex structures in various real estate assets, including hospitality, apartment, office, condominium and retail throughout the United States.
David received his J.D., cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School where he was a Notes and Comments editor for the Brooklyn Law School Journal of Law and Policy. He received his B.A. from Colgate University. David is admitted to practice in New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
