Eric Wolf is Counsel in the Firm’s Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Practice. Eric focuses his practice on compensation and benefit-related issues that arise in connection with mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, new and joint ventures, and other corporate transactions. Eric has extensive experience representing both private equity investors and management in their portfolio companies in structuring equity compensation and employment arrangements. He also regularly advises public companies and their executives in connection with employment, severance, and change in control arrangements, as well as with ongoing disclosure requirements. Eric has experience representing clients in a wide range of industries across a variety of sectors.
