Lisa Morales is Counsel in the Firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. She advises corporate and private equity clients in connection with a variety of complex transactions, including public and private mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, distressed M&A and joint ventures. Lisa has experience representing clients across a variety of sectors including consumer products, retail, healthcare and life sciences, financial services, energy, insurance, industrials, technology and telecommunications.

Prior to joining the Firm, Lisa Morales was an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at another international law firm.

  • Neiman Marcus Group, parent company of Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman, in its $2.7 billion acquisition by HBC, parent of Saks Fifth Avenue
  • Subway in its acquisition by Roark Capital
  • CBRE Group in its acquisition of Direct Line Global from Guardian Capital

Prior to joining the Firm, Lisa Morales was an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at another international law firm. She also worked as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Albert Diaz at United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Earlier in her career, Lisa served as a legal analyst at a large investment banking firm.

She received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2017 and her B.A. in Social Anthropology with a minor in Economics from Harvard University in 2010.
