Nikita Kumar is Counsel in the Firm’s Restructuring Practice. Based in the London office, Nikita's practice focuses on advising domestic and cross-border stressed and distressed situations including debt restructurings and liability management exercises. She represents a wide spectrum of stakeholders, including creditors, debtors, sponsors and insolvency practitioners on a variety of restructuring matters.

Nikita is recognised as a leading associate and “Rising Star” by Legal500, with clients noting she has “an ability to understand complex issues first time and at speed.”

Nikita's recent public experience includes advising clients in relation to the Accell, Pizza Express and Praesidiad restructurings.
