Alex Ward advises private equity sponsors and financial investors on all types of significant transactions, including complex cross-border M&A, leveraged buyouts, investments and dispositions, carve-outs, and strategic minority and hybrid investments. Alex also advises portfolio companies of private equity clients on restructurings, management equity arrangements, and a range of other corporate matters. Based in London, he advises private equity sponsors and financial investors on a broad range of cross-border transactions, including complex cross-border M&A, leveraged buyouts, investments and dispositions, co-investments, carve-outs, strategy minority and hybrid investments, management equity structures and various portfolio company transactions. With extensive experience representing leading global private equity sponsors and alternative asset managers such as Apax Partners, H.I.G. Capital and Oakley Capital, Alex offers clients strategic insight and practical solutions involving complex deal scenarios.
