He advises private equity sponsors and financial investors on all types of significant transactions, including complex cross-border M&A, leveraged buyouts, investments and dispositions, carve-outs, and strategic minority and hybrid investments. Alex also advises portfolio companies of private equity clients on restructurings, management equity arrangements, and a range of other corporate matters.
