Carol Chan is Counsel in the firm’s Hong Kong office. She joined the firm in 2015. Carol has about 15 years of experience, focusing on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions involving listed and private companies, and securities law compliance matters. Carol has advised on the Hong Kong listings of numerous state-owned and private enterprises.
Carol has been actively participating in the innovative listing projects in the Hong Kong market, such as secondary listing, follow-on offerings, matters involved Weighted-Voting-Rights and in the biotechnology field.

Carol received her B.B.A. in Law and LL.B. from University of Hong Kong in 2007 and 2009 representatively. She was admitted to The High Court of the Hong Kong SAR in 2012. She is also a qualified solicitor in England and Wales. Carol is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
