Eleanor Milne is a Partner in the Firm’s Energy and Infrastructure Practice. Based in London, Eleanor advises on complex energy and infrastructure projects representing sponsors, lenders and government bodies on a broad range of matters including shareholder arrangements, construction contracts, offtake and fuel supply agreements, joint ventures, and government and equity support arrangements. She advises clients across a range of energy and infrastructure sectors and technologies including green hydrogen, thermal, oil and gas, water, ports, road infrastructure, electric vehicle charging and battery storage.
Eleanor received her L.P.C. from Nottingham Law School in 2001 and an M.A. from St Anne's College, Oxford University in 2006. She obtained a B.A. from St Anne's College, Oxford University in 1999. Eleanor is admitted to practice in England and Wales. She is a member of the City of London Law Society Construction Committee and contributes regularly to the Committee’s initiatives.
