Based in Washington, D.C., Erin regularly advises registered funds, business development companies, multinational investment advisers and other public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, fund adoptions, shareholder activism defense, corporate governance, minority investments and other significant corporate transactions.
