Jieun Lim is a Partner in the Firm’s New York office and a member of the Firm’s Capital Markets Practice and Alternative Credit and Private Credit team. He represents issuers, private equity sponsors, institutional holders, investment banks and hedge funds in a wide range of transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on primary and secondary offerings, high yield and investment grade securities offerings, acquisition financing transactions, liability management transactions, private capital transactions and other types of capital market transactions. Jieun’s practice covers a broad range of industries, including healthcare, leisure and hospitality, media and technology, industrials and consumer retail.

Jieun received his B.A. from Columbia University in 2014, magna cum laude, and his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2017, where he received the Yong K. Kim ’95 Memorial Writing Prize and the Dean’s Award for Community Leadership and was the Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Business Law Review. He is admitted to practice in New York.
