Keith’s notable experience prior to joining Simpson Thacher includes advising:                                                                                            

  • J.P. Morgan in connection with the securitization of a $2.65 billion CMBS loan for The Spiral, a trophy office tower in New York City, and of a $330 million CMBS loan for 300 Park Avenue, a class A office tower in New York City
  • Bank of America in connection with the securitization of a $3.4 billion CMBS loan for Rockefeller Center
  • The issuer, loan seller, collateral manager and special servicer in connection with multiple securitizations of multifamily properties under MF1’s CRE CLO program
  • The issuer, loan seller and collateral administrator in connection with multiple securitizations of residential transition loans under CoreVest’s RTL securitization program, including its first rated RTL securitization

He advises issuers, underwriters, government-sponsored enterprises, mortgage loan sellers, servicers and investors in public and private SASB, conduit, commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), commercial real estate collateralized loan obligation (CRE CLO), residential transition loan (RTL) and GSE securitization transactions, among others.

Keith’s notable experience prior to joining Simpson Thacher includes advising:

  • J.P. Morgan in connection with the securitization of a $2.65 billion CMBS loan for The Spiral, a trophy office tower in New York City – the first major single-asset, single-borrower (SASB) deal of its kind in 2025
  • J.P. Morgan in connection with the securitization of a $330 million CMBS loan for 300 Park Avenue, a class A office tower in New York City
  • Bank of America in connection with the securitization of a $3.4 Billion CMBS loan secured by Rockefeller Center, which was, at the time, the largest SASB securitization for a single office property on record
  • The issuer, loan seller, collateral manager and special servicer in connection with multiple securitizations of multifamily properties under MF1’s CRE CLO program
  • The issuer, loan seller and collateral administrator in connection with multiple securitizations of residential transition loans under CoreVest’s RTL securitization program, including its first rated RTL securitization

Keith received his J.D. from New York Law School in 2010 and his B.A., cum laude, from Bernard M. Baruch College, Macaulay Honors College in 2005. He is admitted to practice in New York and California.
