Simon Saitowitz is a Partner in the Firm’s Sponsor Transactions and Advisory Practice. Based in London, he advises on complex secondary market transactions, including GP-leds and continuation vehicles, preferred equity investments and traditional LP portfolio transactions. He also has significant experience advising on GP-stakes transactions and asset management M&A, and regularly advises many of the leading global GP stake investors on their acquisitions of stakes in fund managers.
