Daniel guides clients through complex public and private capital raising matters, including initial public and private offerings and follow-on offerings, as well as significant preferred stock and debt offerings. His work spans the full spectrum of REIT-related sectors, including multifamily, industrial, net lease, datacenters, seniors housing, self-storage, retail, healthcare and office properties. Daniel received his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in 2014 and was co-founder and president of the Washington College of Law Lambda Alumni Association. He received his M.B.A. from Millsaps College in 2011 and his B.B.A. from Millsaps College in 2010, and is a current member of the Advisory Board of the Else School of Management of Millsaps College.
