  • Nasdaq, Inc. in numerous transactions, including the carve-out sale of its U.S. fixed income electronic trading platform to Tradeweb
  • Zip Co Limited in its acquisition of Quadpay
  • Veritas Capital in numerous transactions, including its acquisition, together with Evergreen Coast Capital Corporation, of Cubic Corporation
  • The Middleby Corporation in its acquisition of numerous private companies, and in various arrangements for the licensing and development of commercial conventional and microwave oven technology, and commercial food preparation and preservation technology
  • Las Vegas Sands Corp. in its carve-out sale of its Las Vegas Venetian and Palazzo properties to Apollo Global Management and Vici Properties
  • Mars, Inc. in numerous transactions, including its acquisition of NomNomNow Inc.

An active member of her community, Jessica also served for many years as Chair of the Advisory Board for the Center for Family Life in Sunset Park, which is a neighborhood-based social services program whose goal is to empower the residents of Sunset Park in Brooklyn, New York. Jessica received her J.D., with high honors, from George Washington University Law School, and her B.A. from Cornell University.
