Jonathan Lindabury is a Partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department and the Head of the Firm’s Derivatives Practice. Jonathan advises private equity funds, investment banks and corporations on the structuring, negotiation and execution of derivative and other structured transactions, and provides regulatory analysis and advice on related matters. Some of Jonathan’s clients on recent transactions have included Blackstone, KKR, Silver Lake, First Reserve, JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs and SoftBank.
