Katie Taylor is a Partner in the Firm’s Capital Structure Solutions and Banking and Credit Practices. Based in San Francisco, she advises private equity firms, corporate borrowers and lenders on all aspects of debt financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts, liability management transactions, restructurings and cross-border financings. She has extensive experience across the full spectrum of secured and unsecured financings, including senior, mezzanine and subordinated debt transactions, dividend recapitalizations and loan workouts, acquisition financings, cash flow and asset-based financings. Katie’s work spans a diverse range of industry sectors such as technology, software, energy, retail and healthcare.
Katie received her J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law in 2009, where she was a McKay Scholer and an editor of the NYU Law Moot Court Casebook. She received her B.A., with Honors, from Stanford University in 2004. She is admitted to practice in California and New York.
