Mia Pisk is a Partner in the Firm’s Private Fund Practice. She has extensive experience representing a wide array of sophisticated sponsors on the formation of vehicles across multiple asset classes, ranging from multibillion dollar mega funds to middle-market funds. Mia also regularly advises clients on bespoke transactions, including GP-led secondary transactions, establishing co-investment vehicles, forming platform-wide standing co-investment and structuring separately managed accounts.
Mia is known for providing solutions-oriented counsel to leading domestic and international sponsors, including Blackstone, Intermediate Capital Group (ICG), Aquiline Capital Partners, Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ and Portfolio Advisors.
