Based in our Houston office, Robert Rabalais is “one of the country’s top energy financing lawyers,” as Law360 describes him. Robert received his J.D. from Louisiana State University Law Center and his B.S. from Louisiana State University. Robert is admitted to practice in Texas. Prior to joining the Firm, Robert was at the law firm of Vinson & Elkins for over 20 years.
