Simpson Thacher corporate partner Todd Crider will chair and Chairman of the firm Dick Beattie will be the keynote speaker at Latin Lawyer's Private Equity Conference on October 1, 2010. The conference will focus on the trends in investment, regulation, fund formation and exits across Latin America.
