The Firm recently represented Arlon Food and Agriculture Partners LP in its co-investment with Brentwood Associates (“Brentwood”) in connection with Brentwood’s acquisition of K-Mac Holdings Corp. (“K-Mac”). K-Mac is one of the largest Taco Bell franchisees in the United States and is also an operator of a number of KFC and Golden Corral restaurants in various states around the country. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
