Simpson Thacher Represents Graham Packaging in Connection with its $4.5 Billion Sale to Reynolds
Simpson Thacher is representing Graham Packaging Company Inc. (“Graham Packaging”), a portfolio company of The Blackstone Group, in connection with its $4.5 billion acquisition by Reynolds Group Holdings Limited (“Reynolds”). The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2011.
Graham Packaging is a leading global supplier of plastic containers. Reynolds is a global manufacturer and supplier of consumer food and beverage packaging and storage products.
