Simpson Thacher’s Hong Kong partners Celia Lam and Christopher Wong were featured in The American Lawyer February 2012 cover story. In its annual review of the legal lateral hiring market, the publication highlighted Ms. Lam and Mr. Wong’s move to Simpson Thacher as one of the most prominent lateral transactions in 2011. The feature profile, “Locally Sourced,” discussed the Firm’s strategy in launching its local Hong Kong law practice and how the hiring of Ms. Lam and Mr. Wong impacted the Hong Kong market.
