FinanceAsia’s 2013/14 Japan Achievement Awards. We won Best Private Equity Deal for advising KKR in connection with its $1.67 billion acquisition of 80% of Panasonic Healthcare and Best Equity Capital Markets Deal for advising Suntory Beverage & Food in its $3.9 billion IPO, the largest IPO in Asia in 2013, on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
